profile_photo.jpgBlack, Mann & Graham, L.L.P. was formed on February 1, 2000 to provide creditor representation in Texas to mortgage lenders. Such representation includes preparation of loan document packages, regulatory compliance advice and loan fulfillment services. The Firm is the successor in interest to Thomas E. Black, Jr., P.C., which began operations on April 1, 1997.

 

The Firm's clients include over 200 mortgage bankers (including wholesale and correspondent retailers), mortgage brokers, banking associates, thrift institutions and credit unions.

 

Black, Mann & Graham, L.L.P. was a result of the addition to the Firm of Calvin C. Mann, Jr., a former 33 year veteran in the document preparation business law firm and Gregory S. Graham, a 19 year veteran in real estate law.

 

The partners of Black, Mann & Graham, L.L.P. also own Goldome Documents, Inc. Goldome Documents, Inc. was incorporated on November 23, 1999. The purpose of Goldome Documents is to prepare loan documents in states other than Texas where unauthorized practice of law statutes permit non-lawyer preparation. In addition, Goldome has entered into local counsel agreements where necessary in states with practice of law requirements similar to Texas.

 

The Firm currently employs over 130 people, 10 of whom are attorneys licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and/or other states.
