Linda Rollins
Linda Rollins brings a wealth of experience to her role as Operating Manager for the law firm. She has served as the Operating Manager for Document Preparation for the law firm of Barrett, Burke, Wilson, Castle, Daffin and Frappier, LLP. Immediately after leaving the law firm, Ms. Rollins served as Operations Manager for the South Wholesale Region for BankAmerica Mortgage. Dawn Bolen
Dawn Bolen provides a well-rounded background to her role as Closing Manager for the law firm. She has been an Operations Manager in Retail and brings with her a vast experience in loan production and customer service. Under Ms. Bolen’s supervision our Closing Department offers extended services to our clientele with the ability to order closing funds and/or full closing coordination. Mary Simmons
Mary Simmons is experienced in all facets of the mortgage industry. She has been in processing, sales, and sales management for mortgage banking/brokerage firms as well as a credit-reporting agency. She has been in wholesale and retail mortgage lending and has most recently served as Director of Client Relations for Shanks, Tritter and Associates for seven years. She is affiliated with Houston Mortgage Bankers, Greater Houston Area of Mortgage Brokers and Association of Professional Mortgage Women. (Please note: Ms. Simmons is not a licensed attorney).

 

Machelle Warner
Machelle Warner contributes to the law firm in her role as Client Relations Specialist by bringing with her 18 years of experience in the mortgage lending industry. She has worked in both retail and wholesale mortgage lending operations with such lenders as Sebring Capital Corporation, and has almost a decade of experience in all aspects of mortgage loan document preparation and related legal services. She has also worked with a large national builder as a sales and closing coordinator. Machelle is a member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers, Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association, and Dallas Fort Worth Association of Mortgage Brokers (Please note: Ms. Warner is not a licensed attorney).

 

Jeff Bolen
Jeff Bolen's document preparation/quality control experience, coupled with his 8 years of sales and marketing experience, make him an asset to the firm in the position of Client Relations Specialist. He has worked onsite at a national lender for the firm for the past two years. Jeff is affiliated with Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers, Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association and is the Program Director for the Dallas Chapter of the NAPMW. Rachelle Bennett-Rowan
Rachelle Bennett-Rowan brings 12 years of combined Wholesale and Retail operations, Doc Preparation as well as Wholesale Sales experience. Her passion is mortgage and she gives back to her community of mortgage lending as a Board Member of the Austin Mortgage Bankers Association (AMBA) and is the Annual Austin Mortgage Bankers (AMBA) Christmas Committee Chair.
